Trusted Profile
Learn how to set up a Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany) — a free tool for confirming identity in e-government services. Find out how to activate it via your bank, ePUAP, or in person at a confirmation point — step by step.
Variants
Online via online banking
You have an account at a bank supporting Trusted Profile confirmation (PKO BP, ING, mBank, Santander, Pekao and others)
Online via ePUAP + visit to a confirmation point
You do not have a bank supporting Trusted Profile or prefer to confirm identity in person
In person at a confirmation point
You want to handle everything during a single visit to an office
How to handle it — step by step
You can set up a Trusted Profile in three ways:
Via online banking (fastest)
The whole process takes a few minutes — the bank confirms your identity automatically. Supported banks: PKO BP, ING, mBank, Santander, Pekao, Millennium, Alior Bank, Bank Pocztowy, Credit Agricole, BNP Paribas, Nest Bank and others.
Via ePUAP + visit to a confirmation point
Create an ePUAP account and then confirm your identity in person at a government office, post office, or ZUS branch.

The whole process — from creating an account to activation — takes place during a visit to an office.
The Trusted Profile is completely free and valid for 3 years (can be renewed).
